Polar Mobility Research Ltd. was founded in 1981 to provide Research and Development assistance for cold high Arctic military operations. Since 1985 Polar has been providing our Heating, Refrigeration, Air-Conditioning and Air-filtration solutions to a Worldwide list of Industrial Construction, Military and Mining clients!

Services Provided

With ten thousand square feet of shop space in Calgary, Edmonton and Red Deer, and the latest in diagnostic and repair tooling, Polar Mobility is ready to provide complete HVAC services for all kinds of equipment.

Polar's journeymen technicians are equipped to install and repair virtually all makes of air conditioning, ventilating and heating machinery. And we warehouse 1 million dollars of inventory at our central warehouse in support of these operations. We are main service distributors for Espar Heating Systems, Arctic Fox, MEI, Sigma, DTAC, Liquid Heat Generators (LHG) and Red Dot Air Conditioners. We carry a complete line of aftermarket parts to service all makes of heavy duty and commercial heating and air conditioning equipment.

With ten service trucks available we provide mobile service for all of Alberta and eastern BC.

Our design and manufacturing professional service is able to meet customers' needs for unique and critical specialized systems for military, commercial mining, oil patch heavy equipment and manufacturing enterprises. We specialize in providing customer specific solutions.

Polar Mobility supplies a network of dealerships throughout the Province of Alberta and in Eastern BC. Thus we can assure our customers that professional service is available wherever it is required.

Climate Change and Greenhouse Gas Emissions are a primary concern for Polar Mobility. We take pride in designing and installing battery operated systems, generator sets and Espar Heater Systems in response to the acknowledged need for more efficient and environmentally friendly temperature control. Many of these initiatives are partnered with Climate Change Central and the Alberta government.
